Land surveyors, engineers, draftsmen architects, planners, builders, painters carpenters, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, handymen, gardeners, pest controllers, irrigations, recycling systems, security systems.

Entry is not a right but a privilege 

We reserve the right to refuse entry for any or no reason without required to give explanation. Entry is by purchase of a share, per each individual being at the age of 18 and over. Upon acceptance a deposit of $200 must be paid and the balance of $4,800 within 30 days.

General Product Service Providers

Chefs, cooks, waiting and catering staff bakers, cake makers, cheese makers, food store fruits and veggies, market art stalls, fresh fruit and produce for sale to non members of the community, with a little effort we achieve great rewards.

Farming and Agriculture

Experienced farmers, agriculture and horticulture skills are much needed and encouraged to apply. From crops to dairy and everything that our community requires and having trade learning apprenticeships free all levels

Eco Friendly Supplies Products

Especially in renewable free energy, pure clean water from the atmosphere around us drawn from humidity, solar powered systems, low voltage high power lighting, Anyone dealing in any above or similar encouraged to apply.

Simply click here or Application Form top right of page in menu. In the message field, please provide in your own words how you feel about being a part of our community, the skills or trades you can offer the community. List your achievements degrees etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Each and everyone pledges to each other to always perform their duties and obligations for the community at all times unless in an emergency or suffering from an illness or injury. We cannot accept anyone at this stage that cannot contribute & of good health

Share entitlements & benefits

Select from any of our pre-approved huts cottages as your place of abode, you pay just the cost of the material and all competent members of the community will help build it. Forever free from any fee of any kind, food, resources, energy and eventually anything we wish be free.
